SEEDFINANCE has just installed an online Guestbook, where website visitors and customers of the SEEDFINANCE can leave messages, comments and suggestions.

Giving your real email address is optional, and you may use an alias or invalid email address provided there is a @ somewhere in the middle. This is to prevent spammers from getting your email address. If you have some sensitive or very important matter to take up with SEEDFINANCE, then use our customer support ticket system.

The Guestbook is mainly for website visitors and the general public. Customers (cooperatives and rural banks) should not use the Guestbook if they have important or sensitive or high-priority messages, for example - questions on loan releases, or queries on interest rates, questions on payments, etc. Sensitive information and details are better handled through our automated and secure Customer Ticket system. A ticket is assigned to each question or message. We respond to your comment ticket quickly, normally within 24 hours after receipt. To use the Customer Support ticket system, please click here

Our Guestbook has certain features to prevent automated submssions by spam robots. Most spam are sent out by these spam robots. A human spammer can still enter the Guestbook, but we can delete all spam messages posted in there.

The Guestbook is written in PHP and was designed by Klemen Stirn (thanks to him) and it was further customized by the SEEDFINANCE webmaster. Contact our webmaster if you have some suggestions to improve this website. Your suggestions are welcomed.
