What is Customer Support ticket system? |
SEEDFINANCE has installed an online Customer Support Ticket System so that customers or a stakeholder like you can send us high-priority messages. Customers can send various messages, for example - questions on status of loan applications, estimated date of loan releases, or specific informations to the SEEDFINANCE staff. Usually, only sensitive information are handled through this ticket system. A ticket is assigned to each question or message. We respond to your comment ticket quickly, normally within 24 hours after receipt. If a question is not really sensitive, then customers may use the general-use Contact Form
What are benefits to customers or stakeholders? |
A website gets hundreds of spam messages every day. This ticket system is less prone to spam abuse and it is more secure. It assures the customer or a stakeholder that his message will get the attention of the SEEDFINANCE staff and will not be lost in the spam mess. We respond to your comment ticket quickly, normally within 24 hours after receipt. The customer or stakeholder is notified instantly through a notice-email once his/her ticket is replied by a SEEDFINANCE staff. That notice-email carries a Tracking Number. The response can be viewed instantly buy the customer by clicking a link on the notice-email. It is secured too because no one can access your ticket without the Tracking Number.
How can I submit a query or request? |
Simply go to the Customer Support ticket system's main page and click on the link "Submit a support ticket".
Will it inform me once my qurery is replied to by your staff? |
Yes, it will inform you automatically and instantly once a SEEDFINANCE staff has replied to your ticket. You will receive a notice-email which also contains the Tracking Number.
What is a Tracking Number? |
The Tracking Number is the randomly-generated digital password assigned by the ticket system to a specific ticket or query. That number is sent to the customer via a notice-email. That is used to search or view the ticket within the system. Since only you - the customer - knows Tracking Number, it prevents other (unauthorized) people to view or modify your ticket.
Back-and-forth conversation with SEEDFINANCE staff on an issue? |
The ticket system is really designed to handle back-and-forth conversation between the customer and the SEEDFINANCE staff, until such time that the question or ticket has been resolved, at which time the ticket should be closed.
How do I close an issue or query? |
When you view your ticket, you will see near the top the Ticket Status of your ticket, whether it is Open or Close. If you are satisfied that your question has been answered fully, then you simply click on the "Close" link. That will close your ticket. You are free to open a new ticket in case you have another question or problem.
