Accreditation Requirements:
For Microfinance Institutions (MFIs)
Partner Selection Criteria
- With at least one (1) year track record in microfinance.
- With a minimum of 50 clients/members.
- Operating in an economically active area.
- With accounting and internal control systems in place.
- Manned by a strong core group of leaders and management staff.
- Adhering to microfinance industry standards.
Documentary Requirements for Accreditation:
- Registration and/or incorporation papers, with datasheet of directors, officers & management.
- Board Resolution to establish a Credit Line and specifying authorized signatories.
- Audited Financial Statements for the past 3 years
- Latest Interim Financial Statements.
- Loan Portfolio Report.
- Profile or Backgrounder of Operations and Organizational Structure (SF form).
